It's been a while already!

Hello Everyone!


Well I'm back to writing on my blog! Exciting much! :)

Well first of all I would like to say & as most of you all know my life has completely changed in the past months, and to be honest it hasn't been the best, so many things have happened some good & some bad, but in the end of course everything was just lessons learned, sometimes we have to fall, to get up stronger and of course I am far beyond that point, but everyday I realize that no matter what we go through, life goes on and everyday is a new opportunity, a new day to start over, a new day to get it right!

& the reason I decided to write here is again is because I love to write! & as I left there was one thing i left undone since last year! & I am here today to start where i left off and continue on this goal, and this vow i made with God, on my challenge to lose weight! The past months have not been easy for me at all, i have fallen and gained some of the weight back but I am almost back on track & to be honest all thanks to God because seriously I haven't been able to do it without Him!

But I have put all my strength on this and faith on God, and i have been seeing results, and dong it the right way eating healthier choices & exercising!

So join me for more! This blog will be pretty much about Everything! so follow & Enjoy!

More Tips!

Dancing: It is a good physical activity which you can do with delight. This will reduce calories from your body.

Proper Sleeping: It is very important to sleep for at least eight hours a day. The rest metabolism rate will be kept good only when you allocate proper time to sleep.

Eat Slower: Brain takes twenty minutes to recognize that your stomach is full. When you eat slowly, you will be able to realize that feeling properly and stop yourself from over eating.

Do some Exercise!

1.Leg Towering: This exercise is lying on the ground, lifting your legs and taking all the weight to your abdomen. This is a muscle building exercise that increases body metabolism.



2.Long Arm Crunch: Lay yourself on a flat surface on your back. Get up and bend such that you try to grasp your knees with your hands compressing the abdomen.



3.Full Reverse Crunch: This is similar to leg towering exercise where you lift your legs straight by lying on the ground and take your body towards the towering legs by folding the abdomen region.

God wants to do so much more!

If you have been to the Universal Church Kingdom of God, you know that everyday there is a day they pray about, but near the end of the prayer, it always completes it!

Mainly because the last prayer its about giving our life to God.

God doesn't just want to Bless Your Life, by giving you a good financial life, good health, a changed family......etc.

God wants to do so much more, He wants to TRANSFORM your life!

As yesterday the preach was about how God can heal....etc, but the main thing He wants to do is transform your life.

That caught my attention because that's exactly what its about!

Because we already know God can heal, prosper us, change our family.

But always at the end it comes to a conclusion God wants to transform our life, inside and out!

He wants to change us, into someone different.

Maybe you are always worried about other things, but God is there just waiting for us to take a decision.

And of course all the other things will come by themselves, but will only happen when we put all our life in His hands!
