More Tips!

Dancing: It is a good physical activity which you can do with delight. This will reduce calories from your body.

Proper Sleeping: It is very important to sleep for at least eight hours a day. The rest metabolism rate will be kept good only when you allocate proper time to sleep.

Eat Slower: Brain takes twenty minutes to recognize that your stomach is full. When you eat slowly, you will be able to realize that feeling properly and stop yourself from over eating.

Do some Exercise!

1.Leg Towering: This exercise is lying on the ground, lifting your legs and taking all the weight to your abdomen. This is a muscle building exercise that increases body metabolism.



2.Long Arm Crunch: Lay yourself on a flat surface on your back. Get up and bend such that you try to grasp your knees with your hands compressing the abdomen.



3.Full Reverse Crunch: This is similar to leg towering exercise where you lift your legs straight by lying on the ground and take your body towards the towering legs by folding the abdomen region.

God wants to do so much more!

If you have been to the Universal Church Kingdom of God, you know that everyday there is a day they pray about, but near the end of the prayer, it always completes it!

Mainly because the last prayer its about giving our life to God.

God doesn't just want to Bless Your Life, by giving you a good financial life, good health, a changed family......etc.

God wants to do so much more, He wants to TRANSFORM your life!

As yesterday the preach was about how God can heal....etc, but the main thing He wants to do is transform your life.

That caught my attention because that's exactly what its about!

Because we already know God can heal, prosper us, change our family.

But always at the end it comes to a conclusion God wants to transform our life, inside and out!

He wants to change us, into someone different.

Maybe you are always worried about other things, but God is there just waiting for us to take a decision.

And of course all the other things will come by themselves, but will only happen when we put all our life in His hands!

Add fruits to your diet.

Pineapples: Pineapples contain a rich amount of fiber and substances that will trigger strong metabolic reactions.

Bananas: Of all the fruits available, banana is the most common fruit that contains an exceptional amount of fiber. They also provide vital nutrients to the body.

Strawberries: Try to take strawberries once in a week. The fiber content in it is extremely good for health and it does help in metabolism like the pineapples.

Who we serve is our lord.

When we were in the world and we didn't know about God, obviously our lord was the devil.
But when we came to know that there was a God, but doesn't mean he is our lord, just because we say we believe in Him.

Or many pretty words we say in prayers, saying God i love you.....

Its our actions that show who really is our lord if we have given everything to God and left everything to serve Him, then He is our Lord.
Serving doesn't just mean being an assistant or pastor..etc It means serving God everywhere we are at, school, work, home...etc

Maybe you what wonder what is serving God, well serving God, is so much than just wearing a uniform or having a title, it means OBEYING God's word, doing His will, that's truly serving God!

Just because we go to church doesn't mean He is our Lord, because if it was that, then why is there many people who call themselves of God, but their actions show the opposite.

The one we serve is the one who is our lord!

The devil or God?

This is something worth thinking about!

You are not the sun.

Hello, well here is a post that i really liked from 1 of my favorite Blogs that i follow & I will be posting every Friday a post of my Favorite Blogs! Enjoy :)

Egocentrism – It’s the characteristic that defines the personality of those who think that everything turns around them. Usually when everything starts to go wrong for you, the first thing you think is you. Why do things happen to you? You don’t deserve. You did so much for so and so. You were supposed to be far ahead. In short…You, you and you. It’s all you think about, that’s what matters.

This is the problem of many people who just look at their problems instead of looking to themselves and see that they are being egocentric.

That normally takes the person to other problems, principally in regarding to the love life. The selfish person who only thinks about herself is very hard to deal with. She only wants things her way, that the people change for her and thinks that all her mistakes don’t even come close to the mistakes of the others. She is intolerant with somebody else’s mistakes, is always criticizing everything and everyone, and worse, doesn’t have any consideration with anyone else but herself; however she obviously expects consideration from others.

Well, how can someone be happy like this, if herself doesn’t make anyone happy?

For everything we want in life we must give first. There’s no other solution. If you want to be happy, you must make others happy. If you want to be loved, you must love others. If you want to be respected, you must respect first. If you want to be admired, you must admire the others.

I remember a friend of mine who used to complain about her colleagues at work who didn’t have any consideration towards her. “They make gossips in group!” But, as she was making such comments, I would ask myself what kind of friend she was for those people. When we help the others, there’s no way they will treat us like this. On the contrary, they begin to truly loving us, for we didn’t have to give what we have spontaneously given to them – it’s very hard to hate someone who does so much good to us.

Many questions, many doubts, many e-mails of people who write asking for guidance, would be solved if they, at least, understand this little rule, that is no longer a secret for more than 2000 years.

Small Plate: Take food in small plates. This way, you will fool your brain to feel that you have consumed more amount of food and you will start to feel full sooner.







Grapefruits: Grape fruits will lower the insulin levels and reduces the feeling of hunger.












Watermelon: This fruit contain enormous amount of water which you can eat and feel full for hours together. It is an efficient food item to consume for losing weight.
